DESCRIPTION FOR BOTH MIXERS: ROSS DPM-40 GALLON DOUBLE PLANETARY MIXER

• Two units available.

• Manufactured in 2003.

• 5 to 40-gallon working capacity

• Designed to mix under a full vacuum —29-1/2” HG

• An air over oil hydraulic lift system is included to raise and lower the top of the mixer with drives and mixing blades.

• All product contact parts 316LSS with a 150-grit finish and exterior stainless with an 80-grit finish.

• Gearbox assembly fabricated of 316SS with a 150-grit finish, upper sealing & heavy-duty premium “ROSS-LUB"

• Driven by a 15 HP motor with a mechanical variable speed drive.

• All carbon steel surfaces are painted with a two component epoxy, Ross white

• All gaskets and seals originally supplied in Teflon and the vacuum hood O-ring was Teflon encapsulated Teflon

• Fitted with standard rectangular profile mixing blades

• If required, Ross can supply their HV or High Viscosity blades at an additional cost

• Comes with a NEMA 4 control panel suitable for 3 PH / 60HZ /230/460 VOLTS

• Vacuum hood has a 6” charging port, two 3” sight/charging ports, a vacuum exhaust port and a port with 80 Watts / 120 volts EX-PROOF light.

• Mixer comes with one mix can as follows:

• Made from 316 L SS with interior finish 150-grit and exterior finish 80-grit

• Internally machined for use with a discharge press

• Designed for vacuum mixing

• Bottom outlet is a 4” Tri-Clover 316L SS flush plug connection with a 4” flush plug.

• Mounted on casters

• Push pull handle

• Originally supplied with a loose lid, which will be supplied if still available

• Additional mix cans are available at an additional cost.
